Cliff Webster, President and Founder of Webster Data Communication, Inc.: Provides subject matter expertise in supporting the operations of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet and the Defense Advanced Research Program Agency (DARPA). Under Webster’s leadership, the company has grown from $1 million to $9 million in just three years.

LaMont Wells, Chief Executive Officer:  Mr. Wells is responsible for running the company’s current operations, developing and implementing corporate business strategy, and growing WDC’s share of the federal market. Terry Watkins, Southeaster Regional Director: Ensures that WDC meets customer expectations, implements the corporate business strategy, and responsible for growing market share in the federal market. This growth focuses on the development of varied business areas and contracts involving technical and professional services for United States Navy.

Lorie Collins, Director of Operations: Over 15 years of experience in government and commercial contracting and account management supporting high-growth oriented companies. Ms. Collins is responsible for running the company’s current operations and ensuring that appropriate staff and resources are in place to support growth objectives in the federal market. She also serves as the Program Manager providing oversight for Navy contracts.

Howard Schroeder, Chief Technical Officer: Responsible for the design of solution sets for technical requirements. He is the chief architect for major programs such as Alliant, and is also responsible for the deployment of technical teams.

Robert Spivey, Quality Assurance Manager: Responsible for performing independent reviews and audits to ensure that best practices and procedures are adhered to on all contracts, ensuring corporate quality.

Caroline Walsh, Chief Financial Officer: Responsible for oversight of financial accounting and human resources, including security and recruiting. She has oversight of staffing and reporting on major contracts.

Taron Campbell, Recruiting Manager: Responsible for all recruiting and staffing of CONUS and OCONUS personnel for major programs.

Darlene Morrow, Security and Human Resources Officer: Responsible for security clearances, implementation of security practices, and human resources concerns.

John Tweel, Program Manager: Reports directly to the President and CEO to ensure quick resolution of any issues and optimal resource allocation to the Alliant program.
