LaMont J. WellsChief Executive Officer
Mr. Wells is responsible for strategic direction, growth, and overall leadership of the company. During his military career in the U.S. Army, Mr. Wells achieved the rank of Colonel and was a highly decorated military officer who served in high-level command and staff positions both in the field and the Pentagon. Since retiring from the military, Mr. Wells has held positions of increasing responsibility in financial and program management both in government and the private sector. He served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer for the District of Columbia’s Presidential Appointed Financial Responsibility and Management Assistance Authority “The Control Board” ; Senior Vice President for ManTech; Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for a small business specializing in government classified programs; Senior Vice President for Corporate Development for American Systems Corporation (AS), and most recently, Vice President for Strategy and Business Development with Siemens Government Services (SGS), a large government security engineering and integrated logistics company.

Mr. Wells is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), and has received certifications in Project Management, Defense Executive Acquisition, and Procurement Strategies for Information Technology. He is a distinguished military graduate of the University of Rhode Island, with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, and holds four masters degrees: M.S., national security and strategic studies, M.S., contracts and acquisition management, M.A., management, and M.S. information warfare and strategic studies and national resource strategy.


Shazia SamiDirector, Business Development
Ms. Sami is responsible for all activities in the business development sector. This includes both direct customer contact and as internal business development activities. She directs all business development, both tactical and strategic, as well as sales activities (to include pipeline management, sales forecasts, opportunity development, etc.), PMO operations, marketing, proposal development, and capture activities. In addition to lending oversight to all Webster Data GWACs and IDIQs, she manages our Alliant-SB, SeaPort-e, ITES-2, NetCents, and COMMITS programs, and is a key member of the corporate management team. Ms. Sami has managed the $1B DHS EAGLE program, and has extensive experience managing programs in the DoD arena for both the Ballistic Missile Defense Agency and Department of the Navy, as well as for Department of Treasury, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. She has applied CMMI methodology in her prior roles, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Harvard University, and holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science.


Terry WatkinsSoutheastern Regional Director, Business Development
Mr. Watkins is responsible for all business development activities in the Charleston, SC and southeastern region. Mr. Watkins' focus is on developing new business opportunity leads, establishing strategic relationships and positioning Webster Data Communication for strategic growth opportunities. Mr. Watkins was the former Department Head for Contracting, Finance, Logistics, Personnel and Admin at SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston. He served over 31 years at the Command. Mr. Watkins earned a BSEE and an MBA from The Citadel. He is a former Command Employee of the Year (as an Engineer) and received two Meritorious Civilian Service Awards and one Superior Civilian Service Award for his work at the Command.


Bonnae PowersManager of Human Resources
Ms. Powers is responsible for managing Webster Data Communication’s Human Resources Department. Ms. Powers’ focus is on providing information and guidance to both management and employees on HR policies and procedures. Her areas of responsibility include human resource management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, training, and career development.

Ms. Powers has 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, primarily in the government contracting arena. Prior to assuming her role as Human Resources Manager, she has held HR positions at General Dynamics; STG, Inc.; Rolls-Royce North America; and Nielsen Business Media.

Ms. Powers is a graduate of Radford University and holds the PHR certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.


Darlene MorrowFacility Security Officer
Ms. Morrow is the Security Manager of Webster Data Communication’s security department. She has 29 years of experience as a security professional and has handled all aspects of the industrial security program. She is the recipient of the prestigious James S. Cogswell Award which is given in recognition of sustained outstanding achievement in implementation of the Defense Industrial Security Program. Prior to joining WDC, Ms. Morrow was the Facility Security Officer for the Washington office of ATK, a large Aerospace and Defense Company. Ms. Morrow has a B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from Knox College.

Daniel YulySenior Accountant
Mr. Yuly is responsible for managing Webster Data Communication’s finance and accounting department. Mr. Yuly serves as the company’s lead accountant and is responsible for all financial matters to include financial planning, reporting, and analysis. He has six years of experience in accounting to include DELTEK cost accounting system expertise. Mr. Yuly has a BS in Accounting from George Mason University.
