SeaPort Enhanced (Seaport-e), a Multiple Award Contract (MAC), provides NAVSEA and its Warfare Centers a contractual framework to acquire engineering, programmatic and technical support. We fully understand that the goals of this contract are to standardize and improve the performance of engineering practices, reduce cost where applicable, streamline contract processes and institutionalize performance-based contracting.

Webster Data Communication (WDC) is a small business and our contract covers all regions providing for national coverage. We possess the full range of expertise, skills and qualified personnel to provide programmatic and technical support services for all NAVSEA Program Executive Offices, Directorates, Warfare Centers and Field Activities, utilizing the NAVSEA SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Contract. Including award term options, the period of performance for SeaPort-e is 1 June 2005 through 31 May 2019.
